As its purpose is known to serve as a token of appreciation to your guests, wedding favors may offer you several manners of giving it. One of which is to give each of your guest one wedding favor, and the other way is by giving one gift to every family. Either of these two ways them both are trending today in many weddings wherein the bride and the groom have the option which should they choose to distribute their wedding favors.
Traditionally, the bride and the groom select a specific wedding favor. They most often coordinate the chosen wedding favor with the wedding theme so that the event will be much more appreciated. For example, the bride and the groom agreed to have a spring wedding theme and chose plantable seeds as wedding favors; or, a beach themed wedding with shell-decorated wedding favors. The couple can choose what color and style they would like to have for these souvenirs depending on what wedding theme they have and what are available in the store they prefer to purchase these items. It also depends on them if they would like the favors to harmonize with their wedding theme. Moreover, the number of wedding favors are more likely exact with the number of guests they invited. But in some instances, the couple orders more than the number of the guests to see to it that no one will go home without a wedding favor.
On the other hand, instead of buying small items for each guest, this style of thanking the wedding guests is a bit different from that traditional practice. This is done by giving some special gifts intended for each family invited in the wedding. One special gift for every family. This is one very unique way of thanking the wedding guests as this has been rarely done by only very few of the couples getting married. The gift does not necessarily have to be coordinated with the wedding theme. Any kind of gift can be considered depending also on the available things in the market and the budget intended by the couple for this. Most likely, the best gifts the couple can give each family are something that can be displayed as a home decoration, such as glass photo vase or a signature vase. The couple can also opt to give something useful as a gift to the family like a sushi set and a Japanese calligraphy tea set.
At certain ways, the bride and the groom can have several options on how to express their thanks to their guests on their wedding. They can thank each of them in the form of well-chosen wedding favors or in a form gifts for each family. The couple may need to weigh things out if which they think can be more applicable to them by considering several things such the number of guests and families to attend, their budget, and what they prefer the most that they think would better for the occasion.
